Account Manager Spain (m/f)

Job duties:


  • Responsible for the acquisition of new customers via telephone and scheduling calls for webinars
  • You support our Spanish Country Manager in the execution of sales campaigns in Spain
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
  • General care of existing and new customers
  • Training and support for existing and new clients by telephone
  • Customer oriented thinking and independent quality driven processing of support requests
  • Installation and technical implementation of customer accounts

Skills/Qualifications:


  • Proven work experience in B2B customer acquisition and/or customer service operations
  • Experience in managing the entire sales cycle completely from acquisition to negotiation and deal closing is a plus
  • Spanish as a mother tongue or at a native level and very good English skills
  • Flexibility in your organisation of work
  • Confident and charismatic presentation of our solution
  • Proactive, multi-tasking and results-oriented
  • Self-efficiency and ability to work as an individual
