Internship (mandatory) - Account Management Spain

What we’re looking for:

An awesome team player to support our Spanish team training our new customers on our product and provide help in case of any questions. The internship can be immediately and should last 6 months.

Your responsibilities:

  • General care of existing and new customers
  • Training and support for existing and new clients by telephone
  • Customer oriented thinking and independent quality driven processing of support requests
  • Installation and technical implementation of customer accounts
  • Identify system errors

We expect:

  • Student in a relevant field (eg. Hotel Management, Economics, Business Administration…)
  • Spanish at a native level and fluent English skills for internal communication
  • Independent, coordinated work
  • Friendly demeanor on the telephone in customer consultations
  • Confident and charismatic presentation of our solutions
  • Trustworthiness and reliability
