Country Manager Italy (f/m)

Your responsibilities:

  • Direct responsibility for the Presales, Sales and Customer Care team
  • Developing and executing the sales strategy for the market in Italy
  • Team leadership, including offering motivational employment incentives and motivating team members to achieve the goals
  • Training and coaching sales and customer care team members to further improve their performance
  • Leading the sales team in planning and development of strategic and successful sales campaigns
  • Managing the sales team performance with actionable weekly/monthly/quarterly sales goals
  • Reporting and analysing daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly sales activities including analytical assessment and development of management recommendations
  • Forecasting and budgeting of sales performance
  • Leading the customer care team to achieve their weekly and monthly targets
  • Communicating and developing action plans within feedback meetings

We expect:

  • Native proficiency, both in written and spoken English and Italian
  • Ability to motivate and inspire the teams and to lead others in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a similar field
  • Previous B2B sales experience of minimum 3-5 years
  • Previous management and team-lead experience of minimum 3 years
  • Great work ethic and a desire to “get the job done”
  • You are curious, positive and highly energetic
  • Results-oriented leader with proven ability to motivate people and maximize revenue production
