Entrepreneur in Residence (f/m)

What we’re looking for:

We have exciting ideas in the pipeline waiting for you to make them a reality. For these projects we are looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial and enthusiastic team member to support our management team with planning and implementation of new business ideas.

Your responsibilities:

  • Working closely with senior management on business development and growth strategies and lead growth initiatives with full responsibility for implementation and results
  • Working alongside senior leadership on high-impact strategic, operational and organizational topics
  • Test and validate hypotheses in new markets and verticals
  • Build and maintain long term partnerships with technology companies and industry partners
  • Analyzing, improving and optimization of current processes
  • Developing innovative solutions and changing the status quo
  • Supporting the management team with collecting data and evaluation of your finished projects

We expect:

  • You have obtained a degree in the field of business, marketing, entrepreneurship, statistics, mathematics, finance or a related topic
  • You already gained some relevant work experience in first jobs or internships
  • Good entrepreneurial work ethic and a desire to “get the job done”
  • You are passionate about technology, innovation and digital business models
  • You feel comfortable dealing with industry partners and corporates
  • You are curious, positive and highly energetic
  • You are capable of developing new processes and pushing them ahead independently
  • You have excellent knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Native proficiency, both in written and spoken English and German
