Marketing Manager (DACH market – full time, f/m)

What we’re looking for:

An awesome team player to work as part of our Marketing Department to manage our Marketing strategy – helping us with the customer acquisition and lead generation,  strategically distributing our materials and analyzing our qualitative and quantitative results in order to improve our conversion results.

Your responsibilities:

  • Grow new leads by converting site traffic through landing pages and lead generation content
  • Detect trending topics about the Hospitality Industry and maintain our content plan
  • Set up and steer programmatic campaigns and be responsible for their performance
  • Analyze performance at a segment level to understand user targets better
  • Create and deliver online campaigns via Email Marketing, PR, Paid advertising (AdWords, Facebook Ads, Online Banners etc.), Events or other appropriate media with the focus on generating sales qualified leads for our sales teams
  • Manage our SEM campaigns
  • Create and deliver monthly reports describing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative results
  • Keep our content organized and accessible for the the whole team
  • Bring new ideas and improve our communication standards

We expect:

  • A Bachelor degree in Communication, Business, Marketing or Online Marketing
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Online Marketing, Performance Marketing, Direct Marketing and/or Content Marketing; Professional skills on diverse Marketing Tools such as Sugar CRM, Hubspot (or similar automation tools), Google Analytics, Ryte, SEMRush, Google Drive and Basecamp
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel
  • Previous experience publishing with WordPress
  • Professional knowledge about SEO, SEM, conversion optimization and paid advertising
  • A fast and conversion oriented mindset
  • Efficient and professional execution with a great eye for detail
  • Great organizational skills, able to collaborate peacefully and proactively with the team for the best collective outcome
  • Management skills, to guide other team members within our content strategy
  • Ability to multitask, to work on several projects and adapt to different styles when needed
  • Native proficiency, both in written and spoken German, fluent in English
  • Experience in Marketing for B2B or Hospitality Industry is a plus
