Sales Manager Czech (f/m)

Your responsibilities:

  • Servicing new accounts to enter the Czech market, consulting on online reputation management, and acquiring new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on hotels
  • Supporting the planning, development and implementation of sales campaigns in the leading capitals
  • Focusing sales efforts by conducting online webinars and/or face to face meetings to acquire reference customers
  • Keeping management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily sales reports
  • Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
  • Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Translation of our product and revision of our marketing materials
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

We expect:

  • Proven working experience in customer acquisition ideally gained in a B2B focused company
  • You have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in the Hotel & Tourism sector (will be a plus)
  • You are excited about the following topics: Web 2.0, Quality Management and Sales
  • Native level of Czech and very good English skills (Polish or Hungarian will be a plus)
  • Proactive, motivated and self-dependent individual with strong negotiation skills
  • Service and goal oriented
