Updated help section with improved usability
That’s new:
- Search bar: For individual keyword search
- FAQ: Clearly structured answers to frequently asked questions
- Video-Tutorials: For quick insights into particular system areas (system maintenance, options, statistics, etc.)

Clients of Customer Alliance can further look forward to this product update:
Addition to the new question type: “Review on a 5-point scale” in the section: “Add new question.”
- By now, it is possible to generate individual questions as question type “Review on a 5-point scale” (Next to options comment field, multiple choices (only one answer or multiple answers). These questions can be rated with one point (unsatisfying) up to five points (excellent).
