Today the Customer Alliance team is in shock. It is hard to answer the phone, reply to emails, and come back to our everyday lives.

Today we are scared for ourselves, our loved ones and even strangers. And we hope the French hoteliers overcome any economic consequences following these tragic events.

Our team wants to honor the memory of the victims. We express our condolences to their families and friends. We salute the courage and the efficiency of the French security forces and medical organizations.

More than ever, we have to remain united against the extreme brutality deployed by the extremists and make sure we do not let them rule us with fear and violence.
