En effet, il serait impossible de d\u00e9terminer quelle version des faits est la bonne. Il est donc important de se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer au r\u00e8glement d\u2019avis clients si vous souhaitez contester un avis.<\/p>\n<p>Attention : il ne faut pas contester un avis qui vous ne pla\u00eet pas, ou avec lequel vous n\u2019\u00eates pas d\u2019accord. Google ne prendra aucune mesure sauf s\u2019il consid\u00e8re que l\u2019avis a viol\u00e9 son r\u00e8glement d\u2019avis.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment faire retirer un faux avis Google<\/h2>\n<p>Une fois que vous avez bien lu le r\u00e8glement d\u2019avis et \u00e9tabli que l\u2019avis que vous voulez faire retirer est en effet inappropri\u00e9, il faut le signaler.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Connectez-vous \u00e0 votre compte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.fr\/intl\/fr\/business\/\">Google My Business<\/a> et cliquez sur \u00ab Avis \u00bb. Puis, cliquez sur \u00ab Soumettre \u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Et si Google ne retire pas l\u2019avis ?<\/h2>\n<p>Il arrive parfois que Google d\u00e9cide de maintenir l\u2019avis, parce qu\u2019il estime qu\u2019il respecte son r\u00e8glement. Bien que ceci soit d\u00e9cevant, vous ne pouvez pas faire grand-chose.<\/p>\n<p>Dans certains cas, il peut \u00eatre possible de poursuivre le litige si vous pensez qu\u2019il y a une base juridique pour le faire.
