You can have a widget on all your websites showing the overall score across all portals and OTAs. It displays your rating with the number of reviews and portals. When visitors click, they can be redirected to your booking engine or to a separate tab showing all reviews and replies.

Can I filter reviews by specific criteria?

Yes, you can apply any filter - by public review score, reply status, portal, language, date, CSAT score, NPS, or sentiment. For example, you can filter to see only bad reviews below 40 that you haven't replied to yet.
