How often do you update the open positions on the career page?
Our career page is updated in real-time as positions become available. All positions listed are open to applications. Once the position has been filled, it will be removed from the website.
I have difficulties submitting my application online, what should I do?
What does the recruitment process look like at Customer Alliance?
Our recruitment process varies depending on the type of role you are applying to. The interview process can include multiple interviews with a variety of Customer Alliance representatives. For some positions you may even be invited to an assessment day or to complete some tests.
In general, our recruitment process consists of the following steps:
Step 1: Online Application
To apply for a position at Customer Alliance, please complete the online application form. This will provide us with details of your relevant skills and experience. As part of the online application process, please upload a copy of your up-to-date CV/resume. You’re also welcome to add a cover letter if you want to tell us more about yourself. Once you submit your application, a member of our HR Team will review your qualifications. Your skills and experience will be compared with the requirements of the position for which you have applied. If there’s a match, you will be invited to an interview.
Step 2: Interview with a Recruiter
Typically the first interviews with applicants are conducted by an HR recruiter. This initial conversation will determine your suitability and availability for open positions at Customer Alliance. On the other hand, this interview provides you an opportunity to ask questions about working at Customer Alliance. If the recruiter feels your qualifications and experience make you a good fit for the position in question, your application and interview feedback will be forwarded to the hiring manager for review.
Step 3: Interviews with Hiring Manager and Team Members
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview with the hiring manager. This interview format can vary. After completion of the interview, qualified and selected candidates may be invited to additional interviews. Remember, this interview is a great opportunity for you to better understand the position you are applying for, and ask questions about working at Customer Alliance. Please come prepared and do your research on the company!
Step 4: Offer of Employment
If you have been identified as the most suitable candidate for the position, you will be presented with an offer of employment.
Step 5: On-boarding at Customer Alliance
Customer Alliance has a comprehensive on-boarding program for all new employees. You will have a buddy to support your daily workflow. The on-boarding program aims to welcome all new team members and equip them with everything they need to deliver their best work.
How can I send a follow-up thank you note to my interviewers?
You can ask your recruiter to provide the names and contact information of your interviewers if you’d like to send thank you notes.
How do I know if Customer Alliance has received my application?
If you have applied for a position at Customer Alliance via our career section, you will receive an automated email confirming the receipt of your application. We strive to keep everyone informed of their application status throughout the recruitment process. However, due to the large volume of applications we receive, we are unable to personally respond to each one every time. If you meet the position requirements, you will be contacted by our HR Team to schedule an interview.
How soon will I know if a hiring decision has been made?
Our recruiters will inform you regarding the specific timeline for the position you’ve applied for. Generally, you should hear back from us with an update within a week of your interview.
